README.md says to call cross_compile_comskip.sh, which doesn't exist

It looks like https://github.com/erikkaashoek/Comskip/pull/93/commits/321da302f76ca86fc167cb5b931a185151afe96a expected to pull all of the code from https://github.com/rboy1/Comskip , maybe? https://github.com/erikkaashoek/Comskip/pull/93 talks about it more.
