Program for cutting mp4 ts files after comskip generated the source-mark file?

Hi,

comskip is working fine in conjunction with kodi and the tvheadend plugin.

But, it would be nice if we re-cut the files to a new one combined without the commercials.

I think that should not be too hard with some linux tools to achive, but I am wondering why I cannot find any solution for that problem when googling - Mostly I find very outdated topics 10 years or older....

Do you have any ready recommendations for doing so?
