ini find found and not found

Got this on Ubuntu 20.04; comskip binary is build from git master

~/git/Comskip$ ./comskip ../tst.ts
Comskip 0.82.010, made using ffmpeg
Donator build
The commandline used was:
./comskip ../tst.ts

No INI file found in current directory.  Searching PATH...
INI file found at comskip.ini
No INI file found anywhere!!!!

The current directory contained a file Comskip.ini (with capital C). Seems some issue related to casing; if I rename to comskip.ini the error is gone
