Cinnamon 3.6 support?

Maybe I am just a simpleton but I cannot for the life of me get this working on Cinnamon 3.6xx. Maybe it is your readme but all I am trying to do is get all the green in my Mint-Y theme to be a light blue. I tried downloading this and the scripts you have in your repo and I cant get it to work. I have the right folder in the ~/.themes/ directory and I can select them as a theme but their colors do not change. Let me know.

Is this doable for Cinnamon ver 4.0.10? I'm running Manjaro with the following:
