Hi Erik. I have fixed the uft-8 bug in my local repo. As far as I know that is the only conflict there should be. Hope you find this useful. Sorry for the many commits, but the markup layout did not format how I thought it would ;)

Aw man. Is it anything more than the type of uft8 -> utf-8?

I'll see if I can do another branch and put the changes there.
