Hold right click + scroll wheel makes the image move around erratically

Hold right click, and move the mouse around while scrolling. The image goes flying off screen and it's hard to tell which direction it went to get it back.

Partially resolved. Zero key now resets pan and zoom levels.

I'll look at fully solving this, but the root issue is probably in the ng2-panzoom library that we use.
