ah, sorry! It's an STM32F205 clone, used on https://wiki.rabbitholecomputing.com/index.php?title=ZuluSCSI_v1.2 . They use platformio for their development!

hm, are you seeing 4 extra bytes, or 4 missing bytes? 4 extra bytes could be the FCS? 4 missing bytes, that's another fun one...
