Prompt Jekyll Installation

It would be great to have a [ Y / n ] prompt for Jekyll installation. Most people won't need that but I put it in for my own convenience.

At least 2 files need to be modified:

• setup_mac.sh
• oh-my-zsh/jekyll.zsh should be removed if someone won't be using Jekyll
