holesky has an extra file being published by mistake (probably it remained in the snapshotters for some reason and got caught): idx/v1-receipt.40-41.ef see here: https://github.com/erigontech/erigon-snapshot/blob/main/holesky.toml#L37

need support this case in downloader torrent_hashes, downloader torrent_create commands.

Or catch them by: erigon snapshots publishable

“erigon seg retire” can do now. And we run it before publishable and before torrent_create
