Vm is deleted but zfs volume is not

Hi Today I tried to create a VM from a kvm image (rocky linux latest) with qemu-img convert -p -f qcow2 After that I destroyed the VM , but the zfs volume is not destroyed. if I try to destroy by hand it says

cannot unmount '/zones/7dd284a2-b1a9-4b85-80a3-bc541754b338': Device busy
cannot unmount '/zones/7dd284a2-b1a9-4b85-80a3-bc541754b338': Device busy

I can force of course. But since I have valuable resources on node I'd like to ask first Paolo

Also if I issue the zoneadm list the zone is present on node

 /zones]# zoneadm list
global
9f7f50cd-1fdc-41ac-bdf5-8a8fcc7979de
ac0f84f6-7677-4a13-b463-bb12a5e0a8a8
7dd284a2-b1a9-4b85-80a3-bc541754b338

So the VM is not deleted, although the DC interface says otherwise

Since there was the vm I used "Vm harvest" to recover the vm on DC, and after that I deleted it, and now the vm is disappeared for good.
