Feature request, limit max CPU, RAM and Disk to a DC

Is it possible to implement a restriction on how much Ram, CPUs and Disk space can be allocated to a datacenter? I know this can be done with "share with limits" on the nodes. But I am looking for a more DC global setting. Share with limits causes problems during maintainance cycles. When migrating to a different node, the limits need to be set on the new node. When the cycle is over and the machine is moved back. We have to remember to take away the limits to free the resources for another user. On the other hand, if we don't set limits. A VM can be deleted and a new one created using more resources than what was originally assigned.

So it would be great to allow every node to be in every datacenter and a global setting that restricts CPU, RAM and Disk space. Just like the recent addition of limiting how many VMs can be created in a datacenter. Thanks
