Can't install the FW

Hi,

I'm following the video. I have the flipper with momentum. I open the USB-UART apps I shortcut IO0 and GND, then plug in the board (V1) into the flipper. Then connect the flipper to a W11 laptop, selet com port, I click on install and I always get a failed "Failed to initialize. Try resetting your device or holding the BOOT button while selecting your serial port." Can I get some help
