[laser_check] Add check for small images/details

When engraving really small images or files with an Epilog System (raster and even vector data) there should be some algorithm to warn about possible detail loss. Although vector graphics have an infinite resolution, the Epilog Suite destroys vector graphics that are too small, as shown in this example of 10×10 mm size:

we should find some way to check this accordingly.

we can fix this result by upscaling the svg in whole and down-scale again in the suite
