Change Base folder name to reflect project name, and tidy up folders root into subfolders

Replaced FabLab Chemnitz with Mightyscape as the extension folder name, to correctly identify the plugin installed, and as a result less confusing for end users, at other community spaces or end users.

Cleanup of extra folders that where not inside the root folder have now been added to sub folders, resulting in a cleaner extension menu.
