Schedule backups - Enhancement

Love the concept of this script and it works really well. One thing I'd love to be able to do is set specific jobs up and put them on a schedule. Say if I'm going to backup x folder every week on Sunday I could set that up.

This is a good idea. Just not sure when I'll have time to dedicate to implementing it. PRs welcome.
