Build takes somewhat long. Maybe that is not necessary. We could investigate and see whether one can fix it. See also #1

Multi-TOC or separation of TOC out

Haven't looked into it much but does anyone have a solution for larger documentation sites it could get unwieldy to use a single JSON file, my guess is I'd need...

Remove all unused and unnecessary code.

The codebase contains a lot of confusing code that is not used / not maintained. It should be removed to create less confusion for new users.
