Multiple Fixes

Fix this such as:

• This fix the issues with spheres having spikes when using a different radius
• Making cylinders work the same way as in csg.js, as well as fix the top and bottom faces from becoming spikes.
• Fix how cubes scale, so its more like csg.js in the way that the sphere and the cube are the same size by default
• Flip operation input order as to make stringing functions together work correctly
