Marker popup

The issue is for markers that are too close to the north. See the jsfiddle: http://jsfiddle.net/5KmM6/

It would be nice if the popup tip starts at the marked point (marker tip). Now it takes the "popupAnchor" into account and leaves space between the marked point and popup tip.

I noticed this as well - any marker that is on the north end, even if it's not that close to the edge has a very large gap between the popup and the marker itself.
