Publish on npm

Since Bower is pretty much (deprecated)[https://github.com/bower/bower#bower---a-package-manager-for-the-web] and most projects are using npm for their frontend dependencies, it would be nice if this package could be also published on npm in addition to Bower.

Yes, Bower recommends yarn now, for new projects at least and in conjunction with webpack, if necessary. Source
