Assumed VAT in prices is implicit

This invoice assumes VAT is included in the prices agreed with the customer. Usually in B2B in Denmark you negotiate a price without VAT and then add VAT at the end. In a B2C setting, you would use the invoice as is.

This should be an explicit configuration option, so the user of the template don't accidentally charge too little from their B2B customers.
