Need ability to run tests on Linux during actions build

The build script cannot run on Linux because of the iOS stuff. But we still need to be able to run tests on Linux. Somehow, handwave, mumble, get the artifacts (nupkgs) from the build on Windows over to a linux instance and run tests.
