Fix the Decimal format when updating a number field

Hi Eric,

I updated your project for enabling non-US Users to update the quantities on number-related fields with decimal numbers. This issue has been reported last Summer (see issue 14. : https://github.com/ericrsmith35/DatatableV2/issues/14).
