Resolution settings dialog for sphere, tube and extrude

for 3D printing, sometimes you want a higher resolution mesh in the STL, for example when creating large spheres, or precise mechanical parts.

one idea is to add a dialog box under the gear menu called something like "mesh resolution..." which would include the settings for spheres (just one setting for both horizontal and vertical segments), tubes, and extrudes.
