Q. where to describe version-to-version changes?

Currently the tabhunter repo seems to have three files that have had changelog-type info written into them, namely HISTORY.md (2.2.2 - 3.1.2) / HISTORY.txt (2.1.6 - 3.5.0) / updates.md (2.1.7)

There is also the manually entered changelogs that accompany the addon uploads https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/tabhunter/versions/ (2.2.1 - 3.6.2) and https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/tabhunter/kdbjnnjfgmbhoaggihfgnlfnfhhadmbn?hl=en (2.1.6 - 3.6.0)

Would it be reasonable to produce a single file containing a union of these disparate sources and then we can use that going forward? Happy to knock up a PR if it seems reasonable
