Need admin page for user's keys: Code included

It would be helpful to have a public-key's link on the user's admin page that allowed me (the admin) to examine/edit user's keys. I have somewhat clueless users who need help.

My latest commit on my master branch includes a patch that allows this (refactors the gitolite_public_keys view into a partial). This patch works with previous versions of Redmine, but is also good for 1.3+. See:
