Problem with uhttpd

Some my users 1, 2 reports problem with uhttpd:

daemon.info procd: Not starting instance uhttpd::instance1, command not set

Gargoyle 1.13, (OpenWrt 19.07), Netgear R6220 (ramips/mt7621). Uhttpd not starting, so gui not working. I cannot reproduce this on my devices, so for now i leave it as open problem.

Thanks. Maybe related to adblock? If you get any more info please let me know. I haven't seen the bug myself either.
