Working with IronLua

Hi Eric,

Just to let you know I have been working on your excellent IronLua code.

I created lots of little tests to test the implementation. Also tested using the 'official' Lua Test Suite (LTS) files. The lexer/parser/generator all can read the LTS files (v5.2.0) without throwing exceptions.

In the process, I have been learning the DLR and trying to use the hosting infrastructure provided by Microsoft.Scripting / Microsoft.Dynamic assemblies. There is a little ilua.exe tool that is the start of an IronLua interpreter.
