Right Analog Stick Doesn't work

So I am using my Switch pro controller, and the program can't detect my right analog stick when I try to edit it. However in the properties of my controller, the right stick does work as I can see the 2 sliders changing when I move it. Does anyone know why this happens, and how to fix it?

Exact same issue, I'll be trying another tool for the time being until this is fixed.

It worked with my PDP switch controller but not the actual Nintendo one.
