[Feature Request] Static values

I would like a feature where i can set a constant value to be used. I am trying to use a wheel, but I cannot bind the right stick to anywhere. Right stick in car games usually moves the camera, so I cannot see anything. Setting the right stick constantly to the center would be a great feature.
