Qbittorrent - Cannot add 'New Label' to torrents

As title says. I can assign existing labels, but 'New Label' does nothing after hitting update.

It affects me too, with Deluge2 RPC server. Even on the latest version(2.5.21). When I try to add a label(English), error message occurs. (It says.. server response problem, check the settings. Because the message is in Korean, I can not translate well into English.)

It might be related to #557?
