Vagrant configuration does not mount seedjob folder

When launching jenkins-chef-dsl with vagrant up, the seedjob folder is not being synced with the virtual machine.

This only seems to be done when launching via Test-Kitchen (kitchen) instead of vagrant.

Ya, I use test kitchen most of the time, PR welcome with the shared folder in the Vagrantfile
