fix: PayPal donation link 404

I hate to admit it took me this long to actually click this link. The bold "donate" link seems to include an expired PayPal URL token. I changed it to GiveWell's PayPal page. The "hosted_button_id" can be copied from the "Donate" buttons on that page, if you'd like to create a direct link to one of the funds.

For example: https://paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=GM7TQ7ZZ5F9J2&source=url

I decided to just remove the PayPal link - too many "they could change it at any time" dead link headaches.

Oh, and thanks, by the way - you're one in 109,500 or so, as I don't think anyone else has ever clicked on that paypal link.
