Multi-photo posts on Instagram only backs up one photo

Describe the bug On multi-photo posts, where you can post more than one photo in a single post, Mediasummon only backs up one.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Connect your instagram account
  2. Post a multi-photo post
  3. Sync
  4. See how only one sync

Expected behavior Each of the photos in the post should be synced.

Additional context What's happening here is that all the photos are being given the exact same timestamp down to the nanosecond. The assumption (coming from Google Photos) is that no photos would share the same exact timestamp, but this isn't true.

Luckily, we store a hash of every file that we've downloaded in an index, so that information can be used. The bigger problem, however, is naming. What will the photos be named when there is a conflict? My current thinking is to include the content hash in the filename, solving the problem deterministically but maybe not giving the cleanest filenames to the user. In any case, the current format string that only takes the timestamp into account will have to be rewritten.
