Investigation: Multi-line scanning

Investigate possibility of adding multiple line scanning. This might also allow for Pharmacode dual-line support. Might maybe also be extendable to support PDF417, although I think we're going to just go with a zxing-js reader for pdf417.

Pharmacode reader implementation details in #655 implemented a partial of this that could be rebuilt as a base for it
