Automatically suspend jobs on stage 3:6 if not enought space in dst disk

When using plotman with archiving option, some times destination folder is full. It would be useful plotman to auto suspend jobs on stage 3:6 (just before 4:0 to write to dst) until space is free. This way you don't loose all the jobs, system doesnt crash and let rsync complete transfer.

Using global stagger time, it's not always working, because start time is not equal to ending time. Some plots take more time to complete than others.

I second this, I sent a scp of 6 plots tonight from another computer than my plotter and it ended up slowing archiving speed enough that my temp dir ended up full this morning. Thankfully I woke up in time to suspend two job at 3.5 and 3.6... It could be done as an advanced settings as some people might not want it for some reasons?
