It is unclear from the log, but this mod could not assign an ID greater than 256. Additional compatibility from an external source is required.

Try Flare and see. It is a fork by the same author that resolved compatibility.
Similar problem, probably due to Packmode I'll report back to the author, but I'll add Packmode to Fugue's config and see if it can be addressed.
Apparently this is an inherent problem with recent Cleanroom builds!
