How do you make unpacked binary run

Hello there, I successfully unpacked a program (at least I think it was successfull, the file is bigger, some strings are there but some are missing)

but I am unable to run it Also when looking at its strings, there is still a lot of references to WinLicense

So not realy sure if its successfully unpacked also when looking at it with PE bear, there are still sections like: ..., skcrnrhv, wwhkwsmb is this normal (Can I safly remove those sections, or is there some code that unlicense failed to unpack?

Do you mean the program license file or some other license file?
