currently only unconfirmed nanoErgs are being included

Hi, just checked. Sent some tokens to this address: 9gKbKcLWeEbdKAb1PnWtNTj2TpHTEbc9MVpRAndTm5onFPAs7gv, but only unconfirmed erg are showing up.

Additionally, #141 applies here, too. The unconfirmed amount is calculated wrong when there are boxes spent for the address. Only the incoming boxes are taken into account.
