DXF format issues

What program did you use to create the DXF? I was not able to import this into OpenSCAD or LibreOffice.

Additionally I think it would be useful to provide STL files for those with 3d printers. I'm happy to do the conversion, but the issue above with the DXF will need to be resolved.
