Resolution Scale problem

I have the Resolution Scale right on 100 but it doesn't seem to think so??? I'm getting confused

Question. Did you just change it to 100%? If so, try setting it to 100%, restarting your PC then try again. If not, let me know.

my friend is having the same issue and he has the same display settings as me and mine works but his isnt

I have experienced the same issue, and I have tried restarting my pc with various settings, both 100 and 125. It still detects it as too high no matter what. Is there any way to bypass this at all?
