Processing scripts that are still in SVN

There are some mail processing scripts that still live in a SVN repository (where?) and sit in ~/src/scripts. These need to be moved into github, under the process directory. They should be part of the s/install process, so that orders received always use scritps from master, not whatever is currently checked out in my workspace.
