[Feature Request] Add the anime hashtag to the Twitter sharing option

Each Anilist page has the official anime hashtag e.g: #グレイプニル for Gleipnir (https://anilist.co/anime/108241/Gleipnir/) would be cool if taiga could add the hashtag to each tweet of the anime you're currently watching:

this could be the input: Watching: %title% #%episode%$if(%total%,/%total%) %name% %hashtag% %animeurl%

and this the output: Watching: Toradora! #1/25 Tiger and Dragon #とらドラ https://anilist.co/anime/4224
