Folders to ignore inside libraries

Basically a parameter that lets us pick folders inside our library folders that won't be scanned and monitored and will be ignored in recognition when we play something inside them.

I'm gonna add here that the goal of this feature would be to make way for another feature request where Taiga would be displaying all potential episodes/files in your library that it didn't recognize automatically. In cases of large libraries it can be somewhat of an headache to find out just what Taiga missed and going through every folder and series is quite time consuming. The reason that wasn't requested first is that I thought it'd make more sense to implement exclusions first to complement that, a single folder you'd want to exclude among many would be showing potentially episodes constantly which would interfer with the actual useful information.
