AMLStudio: Add "Insert Template" button

Add an "Insert template" button, which would fill the AML editor with a template for the selected Soap Action. This would insert a template matching the selected action (useful for lesser known or rarely used actions). It would be useful to not only include templates for SOAP Actions but for item actions like “GetItemsForStructureBrowser” or “GetItemRepeatConfig” as well.
