iOS Device Not Show When Click Use Device

When I click to use the device on iPhone devices, the devices do not appear and the screen remains as in the image I shared. Use version device-farm : 8.4.7-rc.45...

Hi Team, Device state filtre is not working. ı have random busy device but in device state area is not see. I uploaded screen shot.
