Regression in two quad tests

Two older tests that use quadrilateral elements (/tests/mesh_tests/test_quads.py and /tests/solver_tests_slow/test_nseDC_THQuad_2D.py) are not testing anything useful.
I've noticed that Paraview is not displaying the solution of the .h5 correctly. This would be a good place to start investigation.
