Notebook Modules

I'm creating this issue to start a forum for discussing and generating a set of tutorials that describe and outline the use of different aspects of the library.

Below is a list of notebooks that I'm currently putting together as well as a list of tutorials that I think would be helpful to put together in the future.

Additions and thoughts are more than welcome.
