Allow choosing preferences at the URL

(I hope that feature requests from strangers are welcome. If it's not the case, I apologize.)

It would be great if it was possible to set the chart configuration from the URL, so one can bookmark (or share) a specific view of a chart.

For example, I keep track of the infectedPerDate chart, showing only the Amount series, with 7 days moving average, on a logarithmic scale. So every time I want to watch this graph, I need to manually set all these options. I would love to just have a direct bookmark.
