I can't find networks.resnext.resnext101_5out.ResNeXt101_fork which is imported into MTMT.py.

Me too. But if you just want to test the model, ResNeXt101_fork is not necessary.

Yes, ResNeXt101_fork is not necessary, it is the history manuscript during experiments. I have removed it already, thank you.
