surface vulnerable images

Describe the solution you'd like should we surface vulnerabilities for running images? perhaps as a new CR or use https://aquasecurity.github.io/trivy-operator/v0.1.5/crds/vulnerability-report/

I've had a FSI customer ask me about this as well. They want to see the list of CVEs for the vulnerable images.
